BCW Summer Derby- Summer Derby will be June 8^th and 9^th   Registration forms are out, if you have received yours please send it in right away.  We are excited to announce that the prize money is up considerably.  We would like to thank our sponsors!  Poster and registration attached to the email and available online. Perry is looking for volunteers if you aren’t fishing and can help out let him know.  

BCW Scholarships- Applications are due 4/1, they are available online and I have attached the app to this email. 

Hunter’s Ed- There is a class in Valley City starting on April 2^nd to register go the gf.nd.gov    

Pheasant Chicks- If you are interested in raising pheasant chicks contact Perry 490-1797.

Road Cleanup- Road cleanup is tentatively scheduled for April 24^th if you plan to go, but won’t be at the April meeting please let Perry know.

Middle Eckelson Boat Ramp- There has been issues with vandalism at the Middle Eckelson Boat ramp area.  If you have any information on it please contact the game warden.

Big Spenders Raffle Tickets- The raffle and banquet will be on April 6^th at the Eagles.  

NDWF- The next meeting will take place in Valley City before the Big Spenders Banquet and Raffle. 

Take a Kid Fishing- Landon Hill said they are planning to have Take a Kid Fishing on June 13^th.

BCW Predator Hunt- The hunt was on February 3rd. There was 18 teams this year and a total of 7 coyotes. Congratulations to Gary Will and Christian Owen on winning.

Membership Drive & Landowner Appreciation Supper- The membership drive and Landowner Appreciation Supper was January 3^rd.  We had a great turnout. 

Pheasant Tail Contest – The pheasant tail contest took place before the January Meeting.  First place was Perry Kapaun with a 24 ½ inch tail, 2^nd place was a tie between Steve and Levi Robertsdahl with 24 3/8 inch tails. 

Sheyenne Valley Calling & Raffle Contest – Congratulations to Russ Young and Lee Slykermann on winning the calling contest with 5 coyotes.  Full results on the following page.  The raffle winners are attached to the email and available online.

Pheasant Tail Contest will be before the 7pm Meeting

Election of Directors- The election of directors was held at the December meeting.  The current directors were all reelected.

Membership Drive & Landowner Appreciation Supper- The membership drive and Landowner Appreciation Supper will be January 3^rd at the Eagles.  Please invite landowners out for a free meal.  There will also be prize drawings for landowners.

Pheasant Tail Contest – The pheasant tail contest will take place before the January Meeting.  Please bring in the entire tail section from the pheasant.

Winter Derby – The Winter Derby has been cancelled due to poor ice conditions.

Sheyenne Valley Calling & Raffle Contest – The hunt and raffle are scheduled for January 20^st.  Raffle tickets are available from Perry and other club officers.  They can also be purchased by Venmo.  Please send $20 along with your address, and phone number to Josh-Holm.   

NDWF Convention- The convention will be January 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th in Fargo.

We have made the decision to cancel the derby. Ice is extremely inconsistent on Ashtabula as well as other area lakes.
